When Liberals Pursue Contrary Goals

The nuance of truth is so hated or misunderstood by the masses that a rationalist would sound like a conservative to some or a liberal to others, when anyone who understands a sound worldview can plainly see that it is neither conservative not liberal even if elements of each is true.  Part of being rational is treating people without biases of any kind distorting that treatment or the attitudes and beliefs behind it, and, at least on the Biblical worldview, this is also just.  It is what people deserve.  It is irrational and unjust to believe in or enforce any of the stereotypes based on gender, race, age, or other aspects of a person that are not beyond their control--and that have nothing to do with their core nature as an individual human.  Liberalism as practiced by most liberals is incompatible with this (and conservativism as well, but the focus here is on liberals and their beliefs).

The tendency is for the more vocal liberals to support or condemn someone on the irrelevant basis of their gender or race.  They take sides with people not based on philosophical accuracy or out of rationalistic desire to know the truth; they assume a person's history and moral or philosophical standing based on the color of their skin (and lend support to non-whites on the basis of this even when race is irrelevant) or the genitalia between their legs (and lend special support to women by default).  They embrace ideas that are consistent, to some extent, with their presuppositions, not ideas that are both true and logically verifiable.  This can lead to scenarios where no matter how they act, they will betray one of their own tenets.  Siding with a person of a racial minority or specific gender by default is not only stupid and unjust, but it also brings people to situations that they cannot consistently handle with their own ideology.

When two women abuse each other or otherwise clash, will this kind of liberal overlook their offenses (at least one of them is in error) out of the irrational fear that they will be sexist if they do not do so?  This is wholly antithetical to gender egalitarianism, which is individualism concerned with justice and true gender equality, not with judging people for better or for worse because they are male or female.  What about race?  When individuals of different minority races discriminate against each other because of race, it is impossible for this kind of liberal to do anything but either tolerate this discrimination or think they would be racist for intervening--unless they simply gave up the false idea that someone's race decides who is right in a dispute or who is the victim or oppressor.

In such examples and others, there is no way for liberals who think that women or non-whites should always be personally supported (which is unjust as it is) to not contradict their own professed beliefs if they think they should always come to the defense of people in these groups.  This is why some liberals find themselves having to either become and remain hypocrites or realize that gender and race are not relevant to every dispute, every social interaction, or even every injustice.  Sexism and racism have long devoured many cultures of the world are are finally being taken more seriously on a broader scale, but liberalism and liberals do little to nothing besides misunderstand and contribute to these problems.  Again, this is certainly true of conservatism and conservatives as well, but the focus is on liberalism here.

True equality means forsaking conservative and liberal fallacies, stereotypes, and hypocrisies altogether, not pretending to be a gender or racial egalitarian while still embracing the contradictory or assumption-based tenets of contemporary liberalism.  Egalitarianism is true independent of the arbitrary political ideas that dominate the ideological landscape.  The various objectives of liberalism are in conflict with each other, and thus liberals will be in conflict with their own selves and worldviews or with other liberals.  To truly seek gender and racial equality, one must not have any biases for or against anyone on the basis of gender or skin color.  Many liberals, by their own admission, think that one must always take the side of women or racial minorities in order to be just.  Anyone could be discriminated against even if they are not in these groups, and yet this also hurts women and minorities when they are even still not regarded as individual humans by liberals.
